YOU CAN DO THIS PROJECT

True to the 2012 goal of “reaching more people, and reaching them offline“, You Can Do This Project will be present for at least two more diabetes events this year. They are:

• The JDRF Walk to Cure in Omaha, NE, taking place at 8:00 am on Saturday, August 11th, 2012. Register at walk.jdrf.org.
• The Taking Control Of Your Diabetes (TCOYD) conference in Des Moines, IA on September 22nd, 2012. Register at http://tcoyd.org/national-conferences/des-moines-ia-2012.html; on-site registration begins at 7:30 am with the conference kicking off at 9:00 am.

In addition to spreading the word about YCDT, we’ll also be offering the option to record videos on the spot, as well as collecting “Words of Hope” from event attendees for other people with diabetes. Come join us!
